Before you request deletion

Deleting CardWise does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions to prevent future renewal.

Account deletion is permanent. Export or record anything you need before submitting the request.

حذف حساب CardWise لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play تلقائياً. ألغِ الاشتراك أولاً من اشتراكات Google Play لمنع التجديد القادم.

حذف الحساب نهائي. احتفظ بأي معلومات تحتاجها قبل إرسال الطلب.

How to delete your account

  1. In CardWise, open Settings and tap Delete My Account.
  2. Review the retention and Google Play subscription notice, then confirm the permanent deletion.
  3. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered with CardWise. Do not include a password, OTP, full card number, CVV, PIN, or identity document unless we later explain why verification legally requires it.

كيفية حذف حسابك

  2. راجع إشعار الاحتفاظ واشتراك Google Play، ثم أكد الحذف النهائي.
  3. إذا تعذر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجل. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو رقم البطاقة الكامل أو CVV أو PIN أو وثيقة هوية إلا إذا أوضحنا لاحقاً سبب الحاجة النظامية للتحقق.

Google Play and RevenueCat maintain their own legally required purchase records under their policies.

Audit records retained

Saved card metadata, financial transactions, and subscription audit records are retained under a pseudonymous audit reference for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute obligations. They are separated from the deleted profile, unavailable for normal product use, and removed when the applicable obligation ends. CardWise never stores the full card number, CVV, PIN, or card expiry.

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Support-assisted requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days after verification, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.

سجلات التدقيق المحتفظ بها

يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات البطاقات الوصفية والمعاملات المالية وسجلات تدقيق الاشتراك تحت مرجع تدقيق مستعار للمتطلبات النظامية والمحاسبية ومنع الاحتيال والأمان وتسوية النزاعات. تُفصل هذه السجلات عن الملف المحذوف ولا تكون متاحة للاستخدام المعتاد في المنتج، وتُحذف عند انتهاء الالتزام المطبق. لا يخزن CardWise رقم البطاقة الكامل أو CVV أو PIN أو تاريخ انتهاء البطاقة.

يُنفذ الحذف من داخل التطبيق فوراً. وتُعالج الطلبات عبر الدعم بأسرع وقت معقول، وعادةً خلال 30 يوماً بعد التحقق، ما لم يسمح النظام أو يوجب مدة مختلفة.
